“It was supposed to be a free gift but ;as it was added to my order it made the package very expensive as I had to pay customs duty on the full price”

The FRINGED SCARF 170x30 cm/taupe / AW01-57 was a gift, and you haven't paid for it if you see the invoice in the order confirmation email. You received the correct invoice with the order confirmation email. The invoice in the package should be the wrong one.
