“Très belle qualité de l'article, idem pour le pull-over reçu il y a 3 jours. Par contre à cause des frais que vous demandez beaucoup trop onéreux, plus la livraison avec NHL TVA et frais de douane, je ne commanderai plus dans votre maison. Désolée. Ch. Heiz”

“My first experience with Gobi was not the greatest. I ordered the Backwatch "Schal" as shown above, but received a Red "Shawl" of larger dimensions. Which I returned free of charge vis the Swiss Post.I assume this has now been receic^ced and that I will be credited the amount I paid by credit card.Gobi did acknowledge that it was their error. To add insult to injury I also received a bill from DHL dated 18.12.2020 for Fr.24.19 Rechnungsnummer WEP4936186 Kundennr. DUTYCHOZW dated 18.12.2020 , which I have paid. As the wrong goods were shipped, this should have been paid by GOBI. So.as things stand, l find it hard to recommend GOBI even if the quality of their offering may be top. PGL”
