“These arrived on Nov 29th, so almost a week with them. First impression was that they were flawless. I gave them a good look over, and not a thread out of place. Beautiful soft shearling. No scuffs or marks or marring. Just as pictured. Comfort is as expected. Somewhere between a hard leather boot, and a foamy running shoe. Dare I say like a pair of Doc Marten with a shearling insole underfoot. I was most worried about sizing. I wear a 10 in a Nike, 9.5 in Red wings. Ordered a 10 Goral. Fit is perfect for me. Overall I'm very happy with them.”
“I was anxious about the sizing but followed the guide and the fit is right on. Very warm and comfortable immediately even before break in. Only minor suggestion would be to make the heel loop slightly larger, as well some of the thread on that stitching has come up a little bit so perhaps could be stronger.”
“Super warm and comfy. Rose Anvil's instructions for fit were perfect. Shoes are a little snug, probably just until I wear down the fur on the inside - but is not uncomfortable and I was wearing super thick wool socks with them. They come with insoles you can insert but I use my own 3/4 length power step orthotics instead. Good traction on snow. Okay on icy concrete. They look and feel fantastic. Flat waxed laces feel durable and not hard to tie or untie plus solid pull tab makes for easy on/off. I like the look and feel of chromexcel on the front and back with soft sheepskin on the side. Overall really happy with these!”
