“All the benefits of cereal with none of the enjoyment of cereal. I found that this was just odd it tasted ok(salted caramel) it sort of tasted like that. But was like rolled up paper ball that are hard to chew and has an odd texture. It’s definitely got protein because it’s adding an that weird flavour to the cereal like a protein shake. I think I will just eat less cereal because if this is the alternative I think I can do without it.”
