“Unfortunatly the laser has problems to identify knife edges of unsharpend knifes. It works much better on currently sharpend knifes. As a professionell knife sharpener it indeed would be very helpful to identify a nit sharpend knife to have the correct angle available before starting the sharpening process!!”
