“I highly recommend Gritomatic to anyone looking to stock up on sharpening supplies. They are a fairly new company so issues have arose in my dealings with them but I’m happy to say they have handled each one with professionalism and integrity. If I have confidence in a company’s leadership, because they operate with those two character qualities even if mistakes are made I will continue to recommend knowing they will get it right because that’s what is important to them. Not saying I’ll always agree but I am saying I’ll continue to do business with them because I have confidence in their character. Gritomatic your doing a great job keep up the good work!”

“I made my second purchase through Gritomatics website on Saturday March 19th, 2022. The order was placed on a Saturday evening, it said that the items were estimated to be delivered on Friday the 25th but my order arrived today March 22. As with the first order, they are very fast in getting the products packaged and shipped out. They have a great selection of products, one of the best selections I’ve seen, they provide great descriptions for the products and have excellent customer service. I am extremely happy with everything that Gritomatic has to offer, they will be the company that gets my business from now on and I found out that they are a short driving distance from me, 2 hours or so, give or take depending on traffic. I have already recommended them to several people, I will continue to recommend them to others and will continue doing my business with them. Thanks to everyone at Gritomatic for running a great business. Highly recommend this company.”

“I have put the the sharpener together and everything fits together very well without any excess play , the stone clamps in place the same as a lot of other guided knife sharpeners nice and snug the guide rod slides nice and smoothly and the magnets hold full flat grinds securely,but half flat grinds the knife definitely needs to be supported with your other hand wich is a problem for me since I don't have the use of my left hand but not an issue of the machine,all in all very good value for money and the machine has many more components so you can keep upgrading as you go.”
