The hapstone is great, makes knives razor sharp couldn’t ask for a better product. But it comes with no directions or even a start guide. Basic questions were asked of the seller about five times and they all went ignored. You would think for the amount of money I spent in one go you would get some easy questions answered. But I never got a single response. If I’d had to do it over I would have bought a product that I was sure would come with directions and basic customer service. But here it is six months later, they’re asking for a review and I’m being honest. All in all I’m pleased but it had nothing to do with the seller. They don’t help and they just ignore.
