I probably bought 20 different lubricants for knives over the years and this is the one I have been using for the last two. I really do like it!

The best pivot lube on the market, in my opinion. I also use it on the bearings of my kick drum pedals.

Highly recommend for every knife! a little dab will do ya, I usually just rub some between my fingers and spread it on whatever surface you need for ultimate slickness!

Good but not earth shattering in my use. I tested this in comparison to a few other lubricants on a few different knives (PM2 on washers, CKF T15 on bearings, and a CRK UMNUMZAAN.) In all cases I tightened the pivot to the same torque level (15 inch ounce ~.1 newton meter when in range of my TorqueVario-S driver. Old lube was removed to the extent possible with acetone. On normal bearings and washers: I found it to match the performance of other high quality lubes. However the lube didn't seem to improve performance over other high quality lubes, nor did it seem to "last" longer in normal carry. On CRK: I was hoping that this would work as a replacement for geese on the zaan. However, action with this instead of the grease was very gritty. I've found that this can be used to thin the grease a little to improve action, but that can be said about any high quality oil.
