“I am new to guided sharpening tools. The people at Grit-O-Magic were absolutely wonderful with my purchase. One thing I wish was a better instructional manual or a You Tube University video explaining how to really use the tool. I am glad I practiced on an old knives first to try and learn the H2. Other than that I really like this sharpener and will fight through the learning curves. First knife came out like a razor. Not bad for a first time user.”
