“Unfortunately I can't write a full review as I wasn't able to use the product. I assembled and it immediately broke before I could even mount a knife. The threads are broke off in my base so now I have to figure out how to get that out. Hopefully the other 3d printed parts fair better.”

“Longer-term KME user, I estimate I've sharpened 350+ knives for myself, friends and relatives. Mostly folding knives, but a decent amount of smaller kitchen knives also. The small 'wobble' of the device on the stand stud was never more than a somewhat minor annoyance. Then I came across a reference to the wobble free pivot and immediately decided to give it a try. Tight fit the first few times, both to screw the wobble pivot into the base, and slide the KME onto the pivot. But got it done in okay fashion. Immediate wobble-free results! Very, very solid and functional. Significantly improved stability, especially when work towards the knife tip. So it's fabulous! A worthy and worthwhile addition to my sharpening kit. Immediately sent a link to the wobble pivot to my KME sharpening user nephew and a friend.”

“This is a replacement to my first one. First one snapped in half. Not totally sure whether it was my fault or not, so I'm willing to give the product a second go.”
