“Completely useless sets knife to far away from the machine can’t set angles. Got this to sharpen longer knifes which makes the angle even worse because the blades are wider. Wasted my money. No stars!!”

“This is not a printable review - just my assessment. I like the design and it goes together well. One issue is the magnets and their dramatic pull versus the brittle plastic used to fabricate it. Easy to break, and makes me very hesitant to use the magnetic wide base with a heavy blade. Must be patient and turn and roll the steel off of the magnetic base. I was hoping that I could sub a Pro Edge metal plate, as it has that design feature, with the adjustable points. It does not wobble at all. However, the weight is then so far forward, it is easy to tip over. (Showing another limit of the original design). An adjustable base is another good piece in addition to this one, so you are not holding the base with one hand.”
