“I have a major issue with my F800 stone. It has a piece of hard foreign material embedded in the stone that scratches my blades. I've tried picking it and lapping it out w/o success. I've sent 5+ emails in the last month but you refuse to even have a conversation with me about it. I got one response asking for pictures, which I sent immediately, and now you're back to ignoring my messages. Please help me. I have been nothing but courteous and professional. I'd lover to give a better rating and review, but this is not good customer service at all. Please email me back. Thank you.”
