“These are a game-changer for speeding up sharpening and knowing you're using the full stone length. Having the stopper really helps not over/under shoot the stone from the knife. When I sharpened my first knife, I overshot the knife and put my knuckle into the blade, luckily it was when I first started and it was still quite dull. I immediately bought the stoppers and it's helped a lot!”
