“This was a very good seasoning in my soup. I liked all the different flavours with the sea saltiness. I would use this to add flavour to most dishes I cook. I think it would work well on roast chicken too.”

I’ve used twice to date. I forgot it had salt in it so was a bit heavy handed with the amount I used. It added amazing layers of earthy rich flavour to an otherwise uninspiring chicken breast. I’d say use sparingly you can always add a little more and try it with anything that needs lifting that you already have in your recipe collection. The chicken breasts were a good starting point. I’m excited to see what ideas I come up with next.”
