“First of all what a gorgeous jar and second what a top quality product! I bought 2 of these, one for myself and one as a gift. I used this salt last night on some roasted potatoes and it really elevated the taste. I’m not sure how to describe it but this salt lacks the unpleasant tang of regular table salt. I can’t wait to use it to top my salted chocolate chip cookies.”
