“I tried this based on great reviews and on a recommendation of a friend. Unfortuntely the first night was awful (I used it on my son and I) and we were both up until 4am. I was so disappointed. I left it for a few days and then tried again, and it worked wonders. I use it every single day now. I will definitely be purchasing this regularly and it will become a staple in my cupboard. Just a few sprits behind the knees, under my arms and on the inside of the elbows. Curiously my friend sprays it on her feet and that works for her. Love this! Won't be going back to sleeping pills and magnesium tablets ever again!”
