“I had been taking magnesium tablets, and it totally changed my sleeping, from being awake till five in a morning, to getting in a good six hours sleep. I saw all the reviews about the magnesium spray and how they raved over it. Due to ongoing health issues and all the tablets I have to take, I thought I would buy the spray. Having used it constantly every night, and back to having no sleep, restless legs again, I have gone back to taking the tablets and once again back to having much more sleep. So no I do not recommend using this spray,bit is far more expensive than the tablets as well, but had to give it a go, as believe in trying alternate remedies, but sadly this was no use to me at all.”
