“I decided to try the magnesium spray after reading about the benefits for headaches and menopause. As a migraine sufferer and peri menopausal symptoms, I thought I’d give it a try and so far I’m pleased with the results. I use it every night inside by elbows and behind my knees and I’m waking up with less headaches. It’s too soon to tell if it’s helping with peri menopause symptoms but will definitely continue to use. The customer service is great and it was packaged really nicely. I’ll certainly be trying some more products.”

“I have tried many magnesiums in various forms (tablets, sprays, body butters) at prices from cheap to luxury. This spray is the best one I’ve ever used. I felt it working from the first usage. I spray on my knees and calves, where it helps with restless legs and pain. I’ve also used it on my neck and jaw, where it helps with tension. I will honestly not be without this now!
