“I have been using this spray for over a week & have to say I have noticed improvement in my achey calves & thighs. I am 58 & post-menopausal & have been having trouble with joint aches & pains for the past 2 years but it has gradually got worse these past 6 months.....not sure if it is restless legs but the magnesium spray that I have been spraying on the affected areas just before bed has been helping me sleep better, plus my legs are not as painful through the day.
