Hi there Bev, gosh we are so sorry you haven't felt the relief you were looking for… While the results with our magnesium repair spray are broadly impactful in around 95% of people (this was from a poll we did of around 900 customers at the end of 2021) unfortunately there are always some people it has less of an effect on… It's important to remember that well-being is a journey not a destination, and what that means is that sometimes things don't work the way they people want them to as it can often depend on age, metabolic rate, a cuteness of ailments or pre-existing conditions etc… That being said however, we absolutely hate it when things don't go right and people are unhappy!
