“I was slightly sceptical when I first purchased this as I had read numerous scientific studies which concluded that very little magnesium can be absorbed by the body transdermally. However 3 months ago I had a serious adductor tendon injury to my leg which left me in agony and walking on crutches. Have had about 6 weeks physio which helped some but to my utter surprise the moment at which this injury really started to improve was when I started applying 15 pumps of this oil a day to my leg!! Still in some pain but off crutches and no longer limping!! Heartily reccomend for aches and pains and being 51 it is having a slight effect on my perimenopause mood swings. Fab stuff!!”
