“This is life changing! Was suffering from hot flushes & leg cramps, started to use this every night & no more cramps & much fewer flushes from say 10-12 a day to 1-2. Amazing stuff 10/10 would recommend!!!”

“I absolutely love this magnesium spray . I use it on my chest to help with pain and it really does work. I can tell if I forget to use it. I’ve been diagnosed with Long Covid and I have chest pain every single day and this really does help. It took around 3 weeks before I started to notice a difference and I wouldn’t be without it now”

“Helped instantly for restless legs and now part of my nightly routine. After using for one month I'm now going to try the rescue balm, lip collagen and pillow spray hoping these will be as effective as the magnesium spray, if they are ill be happy, it's to help with Menopause symptoms”

“I bought the Magnesium spray, after a client recommended it to me for many reasons during peri menopause. I am delighted I gave it a try. I definitely sleep better, and my aches and pains are much less when I get up in the mornings. I also feel like I have more energy during the day.
