“Wow! I have been suffering with terribly painful hips in bed and consulted my GP/doctor. She advised doing various exercises which did not help at all. Then a friend recommended the Magnesium Spray from Harrogate Organics. For the first week I thought I had wasted my money ... however after using it for 2 weeks my hips are noticeably less sore. I am really pleased/relieved. I spray 3 or 4 times onto the back of my knees and also inside my elbows and let it dry before getting into bed. Have honestly noticed such a huge improvement.”

“Love the magnesium spray. Really does help getting to sleep. Sore joints knees toes elbows neck. I spray the joints on alternating nights as not too use too much and overdose on magnesium!!
The only thing I don’t like are too many emails about other products that I’m not interested in but can’t seem to update my preferences”

“Ordered the magnesium spray for the second time. Super fast delivery and the box has a gorgeous scent. Spray certainly helps me sleep better. I have severe pain issues and generally wake every hour to change position, now its maybe once or twice. However occasionally I sleep so well in an odd position and pay the price.”

“Magnesium spray - have to say I was pleasantly surprised it has helped me!!! Great trouble sleeping for months due to lots of pain in shoulders and knees, used this at night also in the morning and I have slept soundly after the 2nd or 3rd day using it. Tried it on my plantar fascitus but did not help. I have recommended this to a few folk. i do not believe in miracles but this is close to one.
