“I’ve been using this (and a pillow spray a neighbour loaned me from a different provider) for 5 days now and have definitely had better sleep, but I can’t say which is working (hence only 3 stars, as not sure this is a magical cure just yet) maybe both. It smells quite nice, is easy to apply and does not leave any sticky residue. I will continue to use it as it’s now part of my nighttime regime and I have suggested friends who are also struggling with insomnia five it a go.”

“I am sorry to say but the Magnesium spray has not yet worked on my legs. I still wake up because I have a pain in my leg. I do spray my leg before going to bed but alas I still wake up with a painful leg. I will still keep on using it and hope for the best.”
