“Can't really give a true review. I used this for 3 days but had to stop using as I had a rash appear. The short time I used it I felt it would have worked, if I had been able to continue.”

“I have given a 3 as so far, after a week or so of using the spray, I haven’t felt any benefits or better sleep. I have queried this and have been advised that it can take 3 to 4 weeks to take effect. So, I will give it time. It might have been helpful to have been informed at the outset that there is a cumulative effect.”
