“I am on my third bottle of magnesium spray now. I was already (and still do) taking a magnesium supplement because my sleep is so bad, but worse than that was the fact that when I actually was asleep I was grinding my teeth so hard I have lost a couple of upper molars because I cracked the roots and had to have them extracted. Added to this I would also bite my tongue and inner cheeks leaving a surprising amount of blood on the duvet. Now I apply the spray to my chest area (back and front) every night before bed and I can't say my sleep problems have been totally cured but I must be much more relaxed because I no longer have blood patches on my duvet or wake my husband by grinding my teeth.”
