“I use this mostly on an evening after a shower and before bed. I’ve been using it for about three weeks now and I have to say that I have had no problems nodding off and my sleep is much more restful. I don’t seem to be waking up as much through the night and I have had fewer hot sweats. I have noticed that I have been less achey too which is amazing for a menopausal woman who has been active every day for RED January. This is so easy to apply and much less hassle than the thick or greasy creams I have tried in the past. “From the minute this product arrived, beautifully packed with little personal touches, the outer box having beautiful touch of "happiness inside" comment, to the lovely packaging inside.
