“I ordered this as I have been having trouble with insomnia. I wake up throughout the night several times. Since using the Magnesium Spray, I find that my deep sleep has improved a lot and I drop off to sleep a lot quicker as well. Its also good to use after the gym to take the edge off muscle soreness”
