“I’m awaiting knee surgery and have been having weeks of disrupted sleep due to pain and “locking” of my knee. I didn’t really expect much from this spray, but decided to try it as I was desperate! It has helped tremendously on both counts- knee improved at night and I’m sleeping through without the constant disruptions of the knee pain. I’m delighted and would recommend it to anyone with sleep or leg problems. I simply spray it on my knee and massage it in. Within 10 minutes I’m asleep and then remain asleep which is fantastic!! “Within a day or so of using this I experienced terrible muscle cramps, joint pain in both arms and legs. Had to stop using it after 3 days. Clearly had some kind of reaction to it or overdosed on magnesium.”
