“I've used magnesium supplements for years owing to long-term ill health. But sadly like most supplements the stomach negates most of the benefits. I've tried a lot of magnesium creams and lotions and most are filled with horrible synthetic chemicals. I came upon HoC by chance and I'm glad I did. It's runny (as there's no fillers) so it is easiest to spray into the palm first. It absorbs well.
