“Love the magnesium spray. If I do a total spritz as directed, I sleep as though hit with a tranquilizer dart and don’t even get up for a wee. If I need a more spritely start in the morning, I spritz about half the amount. Absolutely nixes your anxiety. But hold back if you need to raise your levels!”

“I bought the magnesium spray in the hope it would help with sleep and leg pain. For the first 2 nights it did just that. On night 3 I found the spray was creating a reaction causing itching to my skin and patches of redness so I had to stop using it. My partner also used it at the same time for similar reasons, he feels it works very well and does appear to have had a positive impact on his sleep with no adverse reaction to his skin as I had. I have still rated this at 4 because I do think it was effective for its purpose, it just so happened that my skin didn’t react well which is a shame.”

“So pleased with my purchase of magnesium spray which arrives promptly.
Although I purchase the spray for myself, my husband has been suffering from terrible pain in his legs so I gave him a spray (after a lot of protestation). Well, that sophisticated bottle now sits in his bathroom cabinet! I suggested we keep it on the dressing room table to which he replied, “Well then you might use all of it.” Guess I’ll have to buy another as I had bought it as a tester for my daughter.”
