I am completely hooked and would recommend to anyone struggling with menopausal symptoms, anxiety or insomnia.
I have really struggled with all these and have a soft tissue hip injury and nightly application on my legs and hips have reduced symptoms significantly. I now drift off to sleep peacefully and if I wake a few hours later with hip pain or wakefulness I apply a few more sprays to the affected area.
