“This is my 2nd bottle of the spray and 1st of the balm. The spray is excellent, both myself and my hubby use it for leg cramps and restless legs. It really works, relieving the discomfort within minutes. The balm is also excellent. Someone said in their review it was “grainy” like body rub but not so. I find it easy and great to use.
