“I’ve been suffering with low mood, lack of enthusiasm etc, menopause related. I was adamant I didn’t want to go down the anti depressant pathway. “As a herbalist I know 5-htp gummies helps with low mood, anxiety, stress, sleep and irritability. 5-htp actually helped me reduce and stop my antidepressants years ago. Please be mindful that 5-htp is NOT to be taken whilst on any medication such as antidepressants. Why you ask?
