“I I have only used this Biotin for aprox 10 days , so i have not had much chance to see any change. I am taking it every morning in the hope it will help my nails and hair. I am 89 yrs old, so it has a lot of hard work to do!! The magnesium spray has been a great help, it eases my legs at night and I sleep better. Thank you.”
