“I ordered a beautiful fir green aroma pod as a treat to myself and what a wonderful treat it was! Came in record time beautifully packaged and scented with the gorgeous aroma of winter wonderland (which I will be purchasing!). I have ordered online and in store previously and always been very impressed with customer service which I have to say seems to be in short supply these days. A lovely company, beautiful shop and great products. I have already recommended to a friend who has purchased the pod and now considering purchasing another for my daughter.”

“I cannot recommend HOC highly enough. Not only is the Diffuser Pod just AWESOME and everyone should have one but the guys telephoned me to keep me up to date with my order progress as the pods were out of stock when I ordered. We aren’t used to good customer service these days never mind exceptional but HOC have set a new benchmark and I won’t go anywhere else now ❤️”

“Well..... I'm not sure what to say! But this wee thing is bloody amazing. I received it with 2 free essentials oil sleep and bliss. It's easy to set up and use. I use bliss during the day just to help with stress and well sleep for sleep ‍♀️ if your on the fence about any of the products....I'd say just go for it!”

“Does exactly want you want it to do!!! I've been using it every night with the sleep essential oil and it's helped me no end. My sleep is back. When it arrived the ceramic cover was unfortunately broken. The customer service from Harrogate Organics Company is FANTASTIC!!! My email (which i sent in the evening after work) was answered the next day with an email and a phone call. A replacement ceramic cover was sent out that day with next day delivery. They then check that all had arrived safely and I was happy. I will and have ordered again and will continue to do so!!!”

“Lovely ceramic diffuser. It looks and feels high quality and diffuses the wonderful oil blends beautifully into the room. Every home should have one! The free oil blend was a bonus. Winter Wonder Oil Blend smells amazing and has become a family favourite.”
