“I have been using the magnesium spray now for a couple of weeks. I had been suffereing with cramps in the legs, and amazingly if I get any cramping now a spray of magnesium and it works instantly. I am also finding it aids restful sleep”

“I love the magnesium spray been using it for months now. My autistic daughter also uses it and knows if she’s forgot to put it on before bed. I have elderly clients I’ve suggested use it and it’s helped them sleep and their legs not to be restless. I even suggested it to my PT coach and he’s sleeping better. About to purchase my 3rd lot.
If I had one thing negative to say it would be I wish the bottles sprayed upside down because when your coming to the bottom of the bottle it’s really hard to spray behind your knees.”
