“I was sceptical about this but just wanted a peaceful nights sleep (going through menopause symptoms still) thought I’d try it as I don’t like taking pills. Best thing EVER, I’d have never of thought by spraying something onto your skin would make such a difference. I don’t normally write reviews but this has been a life changer for me.”
