“Harvey Norman Photo books have dropped their standard over the past few years. I used to buy 3+ books a year this size. But the last few times I've had issues. As these are usually gifts it's disappointing.
This time the lining on the cover had been folded and buckled inside the corner of the front cover, creating a bulge.
Quality assurance checks seem to be lacking.”
