“My records will show I have standardised my books to A4 size for easy filing in the receivers' libraries.
I think that size works well on bookshelves and (in my case) the subject seldom, if ever, changes.
A4 offers good dimensions for individual portraits.
There is merit in the Landscape format but it can make for untidy bookshelves if filed alongside books of a different format.”
