“Although I spent a lot of time ensuring the photo was within the frame online, when printed there was white card visible and worse still the fold line was not on the half way mark making the card unevenly folded and displaying white card above print line as well. This has happened twice now, despite advising of issue it keeps happening. I have ordered these cards for years and only the past six months has this been happneing but not being rectified.”
