“the prints were okay but the machines were not cooperating the day I was in and took over 24 hours before I recieved an email to say my couple of 6x4's were ready to collect. Usuall they are ready in 5 to 10 minutes. The problem was the day I went in there were 2 new staff members that were not familar with the photo lab. I realise it was not their problem as obvisously that hadn't been trained enough yet. Im sure this was only a one off and did get my pics evenutally so was happy.”
