Easy to do on line and happy to pick up from store.
Colours could be bit brighter like my original photos on mobile, never the less I am happy with the quick service.”
“Other times I have had photos printed they were all good. This particular time though every photo that I edited to crop the photo didn't print correctly, they all printed with large white border type parts around the rest of the page instead of cropping and fitting the whole picture to the full 6x4 size paper. Not happy. Contacted online photos and it was sent to the tech department on 8th of December 2022. Still nothing done to fix it.”
“Poor quality photos.
Got my order wrong 4 times. The first time they printed only 25% of my order and the clueless guy James with glasses insisted they were all there. Got home and found 75% of my order missing.
Took four further attempts, a re-order and 6 days of my time before I could get the order done properly.
Second time the entire machine broke.
Poor customer service and bad shop managers. They don't care about customers or quality of service. No apology, no compensation”
