“The gift turned out beautiful. I ordered the wine bottle and a black & white cakelet (she says it was very tasty). However, it was delayed by 2 days, I was not notified of the delay until I asked where my delivery was the day after expected. I should have been given a heads up at least if the product was going to be held up and I could follow up with the receiver. I understand during this time of lockdown, things can be delayed, but please make contact with customers.”
