“The pear and mango combination in this adds so much bold flavor! Regretably the heat that is left behind overrides all levels of sweetness and taste. I want to give this 5 stars so badly, its just that the sweet and colorful flavor gets left behind. Granted, this is a great plan if this was intentional as the memory of the taste makes me want to come back for more. Absolutely love this suace, the pear and mango I think increases the heat level in the long run. I tend to really enjoy mango habanero and in essence this is really just mango habanero with pears and some other items added to it. Something about this one really amped up the heat which took me waaaay off guard. Still a delicious sauce, and I would highly recommend. I haven't done it yet but I would love to use this as a marinade on some chicken and make a grilled chicken breakfast burrito with it. This sauce would be fantastic on some eggs as well.”

“I have about 20 hot sauces, and drained this bottle long before any other one! By far my favorite. The perfect blend of flavors and heat! Going to reorder two so I don't run out!”

“This is an AMAZING hot sauce! It is right at the point in which it is hot enough to feel it; but not too hot that will make you suffer. I love the flavor; this goes well with everything!”
