I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t your cup of tea. We find it really sings on samosas and even funkier cheeses. Or if you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

“We love this sauce, use it everyday and will easily be one of the sauces we'll need many more bottles of. The heat is there, the sweetness and tropical flavors shine alongside the vinegar taste and smell. This sauce can go on anything.”

“I'm not a chili head, though I love some heat. But the heat has to add flavor first. Tears of the Sun PR delivers the perfect balance for me. Lovely layers of fruit, sweetness, and tang from the vinegar. I put about 2 teaspoons on a roast beef sandwich. Fantastic! Sweet heat and a slight endorphin rush. This is a 6 in heat on my personal tolerance scale, but off the charts in flavor.”
