“This sauce is not too hot (by hot ones standards) and it has a very interesting flavor. One that I can't see enjoying on just anything. Chicken would be the likely go to for this one.”

“This is one of the three hot sauces I have from High River. Each one is a perfect blend of spice, heat and flavor. There is a hint of sweetness, fruit that goes along with a perfect finish of heat.”

“Great on fried chicken, grilled cheese - anything rich, really. The tropical sweetness isn't too "particular" to make it a special use-case sauce, it's good for lots of things. A decent amount of kick, but won't blow your palate out.”

“Goes wonderfully with pork and chicken, great fruit flavor with strong habanero taste and a lot of heat but the heat never hides the excellent flavor”

“My go to for everything. This should be a world renowned hot sauce. I f**king love everything about this from the amazingly flavorful sweet heat to the consistency and the tingly, fruity, citrus-y after taste. More of a medium sauce for spice-junkies like me, but currently the #1 in my book.”
