“This sauce is fantastic! It has a delightful sweetness, that's bance we with underlying vinegar notes. The fruit is apparent,but not overbearing. The heat builds well... It's deceptive, so he careful if you're sensitive to hotter hot sauces. The heat grows over a 5+ minute period depending on how long you're eating and keep applying it. This is now one of my favorite sauces for several applications. It's great with Mexican dishes both for marinating and for finishing. It works with southeast Asian dishes that have a sweet heat, and, of course, it's fantastic with Caribbean foods. I cannot praise this enough.”

“I am so glad I ordered this one! It’s instantly on my Mount Rushmore of Heatonist sauces! It has just the right amount of heat (I’d say 6 out of 10) to be perfect on anything! I love this on wings but it spices up fries, breakfast, absolutely anything! It has a hidden sweetness to it too. Pineapple maybe? This one is a keeper folks!!”
