“Really good balance of heat and flavor. Doesn't crush you but still lets you know too much could be a sneaky knockout. Good with chicken and veggies. Haven't tried it on much else.”

“This sauce can go on anything! It’s sweet without being too sweet. We love it on breakfast foods, but also on grill foods and wings. We have tried about 20 sauces from Heatonist.com, and this one is our #1 go to. Definitely the most universal.”

“My current favorite sauce, I would put this on anything at any time. Extremely flavorful, perfect wing sauce. Definitely has a building burn if you eat a lot of it, but not too painful in small doses.”

“I currently have over 20 different opened sauces in my fridge with more in my pantry. This is a my favorite with a perfect balance of heat while subtly sweat. It compliments foods while not changing their flavor profiles. I probably need to pick up a few more bottles! Try this on grilled ham, turkey and swiss cheese panini, or fresh grilled chicken. It even sets off a nice white fish that is grilled!! I like my hot sauce with some heat but that dyes not overpower the dish. Tears of the Sun Special Reserve nails it.”

“I love this sauce. The flavor is so good. Nice heat, a hint of fruitiness, and the peppers really shine. I've gotten a couple dozen sauces from Heatonist, and this one is my current favorite.”
