“We LOVED this sauce. It is great on chicken, seafood and pork, given the sweet and acidic flavor profiles. With how much they advertise the banana, I was expecting a punch from the banana, but it definitely wasn’t overwhelming. The notes I picked up were bright acidic fruits (mango/lime/papaya), with warm spices like something similar to nutmeg to round it out, and the banana in the background to sweeten it up a bit. What a great addition to pulled pork, fish tacos, and wings. This would go great with any dishes from tropical areas, such as the Caribbean, Jamaica, and Hawaii. The sauce is also very thick, and coats any dish well.”
