“I'm not sure why, based on the ingredients, but this tastes and smells exactly like mustard mixed with maple syrup for me. There is some decent heat, amplified by the sharpness of the mustard, but the tropical fruits just don't come through for me, blending instead into simple sweetness. I would say it's a stretch to call this a Bajan-style sauce.”

“I wanted something fruity and spicy to put on my eggs or tacos and this hits the mark! I just wish it was a little thicker in consistency, but the flavor is fantastic.”

“Tasty sauce. Can't go wrong with the mango/habanero combo. I make my own version so I can toss in more fruits like peach or pineapple, but enjoy these sauces for comparison. Goes great with eggs, hash, or burritos, though I've found those little rectangular potato patties are the best platform - perfect with any hot sauce, giving the hashbrown flavor while letting the hot sauce shine.”

“You guys dropped the ball on this. I’m bajan and we don’t eat this. We eat a mustard based scotch bonnet sauce. It’s yellow with red specs in it. Never had a habanero once down there. Smh. Fire. But not Bajan”

“Great flavor! Could have a bit more mango flavor vs just sweetness. Heat level pretty average so can use it liberally. Get every day sauce.”

“This is one of my favorites. Whenever my local MEAT place does not have habenero mango bratwurst in stock I simply smother normal brats in this sauce to get by. 10/10!”
